Stephan Dilchert Receives Eastern Academy of Management's Early Career Achievement Award

Stephan Dilchert, who received his PhD in I/O Psychology in 2008, has received the Eastern Academy of Management's Early Career Achievement Award. Stephan completed his doctoral work under the direction of Deniz Ones, and is now an Assistant Professor of Management at Baruch College of the City University of New York.
